Solite Creaming Shortening  Solite vegetable is a premium quality creaming shortening used for butter style cremes and fudge icings. It can be flavoured and coloured using paste colours and powder colours. Solite is great for piping and doesn't need refrigerating so is great to prepare cupcakes/cakes days in advance. It's also great product for greasing your moulds before you use it or you can make a pure white frosting.
