3 Eggs (Size 6)
1/4 Cup Butter (Softened)
Get Baking!
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then mix again on a medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a
- 20cm x 20cm lined baking tin.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on how fudgy/firm you like your brownie).
- Note: Allow to cool before cutting.
