Recipie

BAKELS FRUIT CAKE MIX 1kg 

1Kg Bakels Fruit Cake Mix

500g water

6 large eggs

PART 2

 1kg Sultanas

300g Raisins

200g Currents

130g Mixed Peel

170g Glace Cherries

Place Part 1 ingredients in mixing bowl, blend together on low speed for 1 minute

Scrape down

Blend on 2nd speed for 3 minutes

Scrape down

Add Part 2 ingredients 

Blend on low speed until fruit is evenly dispersed (approx. 2 mins)

Deposit mix into cake pans

Bake in oven on 160 degrees for approximately 1¼ to 1½ hours

Remove from oven

Allow to cool in pan for 30 minutes
