This is the easiest Chocolate Sponge cake you will ever need to make. This light, fluffy sponge cake mix from Bakels is ideal for cakes, lamingtons or whatever yummy treat you are making that needs a sponge cake. To make the cake, all you need to do is add egg’s and water!
1kg Sponge Mix
4 eggs
420mL water
Combine cake mix, water, eggs and mix on low for 6 mins. Then medium for 2 mins. Scrape down bowl and continue to mix on medium for 10mins.
BAKE 190 degrees. *Times vary depending on oven. Bake until cooked
