1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (180 fan forced)
2. Beat 2 minutes slow, 1 minute fast
3. Bake 30-40mins 200 degrees (180 fan forced)
Cupcake Mix Recipe
1Kg Gluten Free Sponge Cake Mix, 6 x 60g eggs, 350ml water, 50 grams margarine
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (180 fan forced)
2. Beat for 2 minutes on medium
3. Bake 20-24mins 200 degrees (180 fan forced)
