Direct deposit:

For direct deposit orders we will supply banking details via email. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk / spam folder or contact us to arrange the invoice to be resent. Please include your name and invoice number when making the payment and then to send the transfer receipt contactus@cordies.com.au. Your order will be dispatched once your payment clears. 

Phone Payments

You are also welcome to call us to complete payment over the phone. Our phone number is (07)33901588. Our open hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday, and 9-1pm Saturdays.

RETURNS

You can return most items purchsed instore or online for an exchange or refund. You must present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice. Cordie’s Cake Supplies will accept returns if the goods purchased are faulty or unsuitable. However, as per Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to refund your purchase should you change your mind. 

All returns must be returned in the condition that they were received ie; all packaging & unused.  However, this does not apply to food products as these cannot be returned once purchased unless there is a fault with the product.  This is to ensure the health & safety of all our customers.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you would like to return your item/s  please email contactus@cordies.com.au or call the store. We will determine the most suitble way for you to return item/s to us.  Cordie's Cake Supplies will either issue a store credit or refund
